We’re Hiring: Estimator – Retail Fit-Out

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator with 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-out projects to join our team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for retail fit-out projects based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Review tender documents and support bid submissions
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC standards, authority requirements, and mall regulations
• Identify value engineering opportunities and cost risks.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in retail fit-out estimation.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishes
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC market rates and standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Emails.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
