• Experience & Qualifications
• 3–7 years of estimating experience in mechanical construction, HVAC systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, industrial projects, or related infrastructure projects.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, HVAC Technology, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Strong quantity take-off and cost estimating skills
• Experience obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Bluebeam, Bid2Win, HeavyBid, or similar is considered an asset
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to visit project sites as required

• $130,000-$160,000 DPE (compensation will be based on experience for more junior candidates)
