Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, MEP, and civil works.
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for pricing.
- Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Track project budgets, cost variations, and support in final negotiations.
- Maintain updated database of material, labor, and subcontractor rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ estimation experience in Dubai interior fit-out/joinery sector.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and Dubai market rates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
