Estimator
We are looking for an experienced **Estimator** to join our joinery and fit-out team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process for custom joinery and interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works.
- Perform material take-offs and quantity surveying.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost reports.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams.
- Monitor market prices and maintain estimating databases.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
