Abu Alnaga Group, a reputable construction & development company based in Dubai, is looking for an experienced
Estimator & Cost Control Engineer
to join our growing team and support the successful financial management of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for construction projects
- Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget performance
- Track project expenditures and identify cost variances
- Analyze variations, change orders, and claims
- Coordinate with planning, procurement teams and management
- Prepare cost reports (daily, weekly and monthly), forecasts, and financial summaries
- Support pre‑contract and post‑contract cost control activities
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5 years of experience
- in
- estimation and cost control
- within construction & development
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Proficiency in cost control and reporting tools
- UAE market experience is an advantage (Dubai is recommended)
