The Estimator is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for projects across Viola Communications’ service lines.

The role involves reviewing project briefs, technical specifications, designs, and client requirements to calculate material, labor, and time requirements.

The Estimator will obtain and compare supplier and vendor quotations, assess production methods, and ensure that all relevant costs and contingencies are captured.

Day-to-day, the Estimator will collaborate closely with sales, production, procurement, and project management teams to support proposal development, pricing strategies, and budget planning.

The Estimator will also update and maintain cost databases, analyze variances between estimated and actual costs, and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.
