**Job Title:** Estimation In-Charge cum Quantity Surveyor – Joinery
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Estimation In-Charge cum Quantity Surveyor specializing in joinery works to manage estimation, cost control, and commercial activities.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, handling BOQs, and ensuring cost efficiency across joinery and fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs for joinery works
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, material take-offs, and quotations
- Analyze project requirements and identify cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit tender bids and commercial proposals
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budget performance
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
- Manage contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Maintain updated cost databases for joinery materials and finishes
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
