Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Estimator to join our commercial team.
You'll be the backbone of our sales and project delivery process, translating client requirements into accurate quotations, technical specifications, and submittal packages.
Working closely with the Sales, Design, and Engineering teams, you'll ensure every proposal is commercially competitive, technically sound, and delivered on time.
Estimation & Quotations
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for CTF console systems and control room furniture based on client briefs, drawings, and specifications
- Review and interpret tender documents, RFQs, RFPs, and BOQs to develop competitive pricing
- Build and maintain a live pricing database for standard products, materials, finishes, and accessories
- Build technically sound and on brand submittals.
Technical Specifications & Documentation
- Produce comprehensive technical specifications for CTF products in line with project requirements and applicable standards
- Prepare and coordinate submittal packages including product data sheets, technical drawings, material samples, compliance documents, and approvals
- Review drawings to identify scope and flag discrepancies early.
- Ensure all documentation is formatted, version-controlled, and submitted within project timelines
Project & Commercial Support
- Support the Sales team throughout the pre-sales and tender process, from initial enquiry through to award
- Assist in value engineering exercises to optimise cost without compromising quality or client intent
- Maintain organised records of all estimates, revisions, and correspondence
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–4years of estimating experience, ideally within furniture, fit-out, joinery, or technical interiors
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Familiarity with control room environments, AV/IT integration, or mission-critical facilities is a strong advantage
- GCC market experience preferred
- This is a full time role at our offices in Dubai Investment Parks.
Working hours
- 8 am - 5 pm, Mon-Sat.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
