About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery projects.
The candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender documents, preparing BOQs, quantity take-offs, project costing, and coordinating with procurement and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project pricing
- Perform quantity take-offs and material calculations
- Prepare BOQs, cost sheets, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with procurement, design, and execution teams
- Analyze subcontractor quotations and supplier prices
- Prepare budgets, cost breakdowns, and value engineering proposals
- Conduct site visits and verify project quantities
- Support project managers with cost monitoring and forecasting
- Ensure project costing complies with client requirements and company standards
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in Interior Fit-Out & Joinery estimation
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
- Experience in tendering, procurement, and cost control
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
