The employer is seeking an estimation engineer for in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications; calculate material, labour, and equipment costs.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and previous experience in estimation and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis; ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software; course on PPM using Primavera P6.
- At least two years of UAE experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay
- AED 2,400–5,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
