Civil Estimation Engineer for a fitout company.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 5 years of UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in estimation software, including MS Excel, CostX, PlanSwift, or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills; good communication skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
