Experience
: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimation Engineer within the Interior Fit-Out industry, with a proven track record in preparing BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates.
Education
al Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Software Proficiency
: Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or other relevant tools for measurement, take-offs, and estimation.
Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of Interior Fit-Out construction methods, materials, and cost management practices.
- Attention to Detail
- : High level of accuracy in measurements, take-offs, and cost estimation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **UAE Market Experience:**
- Previous experience working in the UAE market is preferred.
