Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Presales role located in Doha, Qatar.
The Technical Presales professional will be responsible for providing technical expertise and consultation during the sales cycle, collaborating with the sales and project teams to develop custom solutions for clients.
Key responsibilities
include supporting technical demonstrations, preparing proposals, designing system integrations, and ensuring alignment of solutions with customer requirements.
The role involves liaising with clients to address technical queries and supporting the execution of strategic projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Presales, providing consultation and solutions design.
- Strong skills in Sales and Project Management, ensuring effective client engagement and project execution.
- Knowledge of systems Integration and the implementation of advanced technology solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-ready deliverables.
- Proficiency in security, fire safety, and ELV systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to work effectively with a diverse customer base.
