Job Purpose
---------------
Review technical specifications and provide estimation and technical guidance, and solutions to internal and external customers based on technical drawings and specifications for cables and other solutions withing ETC.
Principal Accountabilities
- ------------------------------
- Identify & understand the contract scope of work, design specifications, and technical drawings, in order to prepare estimation and Technical and commercial proposals based on client/project requirements.
- Prepares and analyzes BOQ after considering various aspects of the received enquiries to accomplish cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Oman cables and other suppliers when its required to provide the most suitable and economical prices and delivery for customer requirements.
- Provides technical support to the sales and management like technical submittal and data sheets including any other project requirements
- Preparation of Quotations, Costing, Pro-forma invoices for the customers and projects as per the set standard price and as per ETC company policy and strategy.
- Preparation of required bid documents, which includes commercial, technical & material submittals.
- Support the sales team in processing customers’ orders. Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, as directed by the supervisors and managers.
- Maintain an Accurate Database of customers details, enquiries and offers and submittal and if required to follow up with lost sales customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Sharing new initiatives to support the company development and expansion.
- Follow strictly the company values and code of conduct
- Sharing knowledge with team and management to assist the company in improvement and developments
- Must be a Team player and always supportive for the Estimation and sales team.
Required Qualifications

Education - Bachleor'S Degree
Years of Experience - Minimum 5 years in similar Profile
