Estimation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and commercial proposals for static equipment and piping projects in the oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, and industrial sectors.

Review RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

2.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for static equipment, piping, and associated works.

3.

Perform quantity take-offs and material take-offs (MTOs) from engineering drawings.

4.

Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.

5.

Prepare commercial and technical proposals within tender deadlines.

6.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bid preparation.

7.

Analyze project risks, cost drivers, and estimation assumptions.

8.

Maintain cost databases and historical project records.

9.

Support negotiations and clarification meetings with clients and vendors.

1.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

2.

Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation for static equipment and piping.

3.

in EPC, oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or industrial projects.

4.

Strong knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, columns, and piping systems.

5.

Ability to interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, isometrics, and fabrication drawings.

6.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
