Role overview
Comfort Fire Systems is seeking an Estimation Engineer focused on MEP systems, including Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ACMV.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ACMV systems.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications; perform material take-offs and quantity calculations.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to support competitive pricing.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals and coordinate with suppliers, project teams, and clients on estimation requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and ACMV estimation; MEP estimation and tendering experience.
- Three years of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting experience.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, material costing, and quotation preparation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred; Qatar market experience is an advantage.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Pay
- Pay is stated as starting from QAR 1.00 per month.
