About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation Manager to join our team in Dubai, with a strong background in infrastructure and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects . The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting tender submissions for major infrastructure works.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, etc.)
  • Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications (RTA standards)
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams
  • Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures
  • Prepare tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals
  • Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and UAE authority requirements

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 15 years of experience with a main contractor in UAE infrastructure projects
  • Proven experience working on RTA projects in Dubai (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
  • Familiarity with UAE standards, specifications, and authority approvals
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

🔹 Preferred:

  • Experience in large-scale road and infrastructure developments
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
