ESL (ESLint) Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ESL (ESLint) Developer to ensure code quality, consistency, maintainability, and performance across large-scale JavaScript and TypeScript codebases.
The role will focus on developing custom ESLint rules and plugins, enforcing coding standards, and supporting scalable front-end engineering, particularly within large-scale e-commerce applications.

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ESLint rules and configurations.
- Build custom ESLint rules and plugins based on development and coding standards.
- Define and enforce coding standards across JavaScript and TypeScript applications.
- Identify code-quality, consistency, maintainability, and performance issues.
- Build and maintain reusable ESLint configurations across multiple projects.
- Integrate ESLint and automated code-quality checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize linting processes for large codebases and monorepos.
- Troubleshoot ESLint configurations, parsers, plugins, and dependency issues.
- Support ESLint upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with front-end development teams to improve overall development and code-quality standards.
- Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ESLint.
- Experience developing custom ESLint rules and plugins.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of AST and static code analysis.

Qualifications
- 3+ Years
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
