About This Role

We are looking for a practical, well-organized, and experienced ESG consultant who can translate ESG requirements into clear governance frameworks, policies, KPIs, reporting structures, and implementation plans for organizations requiring strong compliance, transparency, and institutional alignment.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of ESG governance, risk management, sustainability reporting, and the integration of ESG principles into culture, policies, and day-to-day operations.

A key part of this role is the ability to organize and align ESG reporting through the Sama-Tech ESG Platform and support integration with the Sama-Tech IoT Platform for energy audit, monitoring, and compliance:

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop a Comprehensive ESG Strategy
  • Define ESG Governance, Roles, and Responsibilities
  • Conduct Materiality Assessments
  • Develop ESG Policies and Procedures
  • Establish Stakeholder Consultation Mechanisms
  • Develop ESG KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Integrate ESG Risk Management into the organization
  • Develop Sustainability Reporting Mechanisms
  • Organize ESG reporting through the Sama-Tech ESG Platform
  • Support energy audit and compliance reporting through the Sama-Tech IoT Platform
  • Deliver Certified Training and Capacity Building
  • Develop Internal ESG Standards Audits
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Prepare Action Plans
  • Support Annual Sustainability Report Preparation
