Key Responsibilities1. ERP & Stock Management Inventory Control: Track stock levels, oversee warehouse movements, and ensure accurate valuation of goods within the ERP software. Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling variances between physical stock and ERP data.

- **Inventory Control:** Track stock levels, oversee warehouse movements, and ensure accurate valuation of goods within the ERP software.
- **Reconciliation:** Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts, reconciling variances between physical stock and ERP data.
- **Costing:** Maintain standard costs for inventory, track landed costs, and analyze product margins.
- **Workflow:** Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth processing of incoming shipments and outgoing sales orders.
2. Core Accounting & Finance
- **Transaction Processing:** Post and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and sales receipts.
- **Month-End Closing:** Assist with general ledger entries, process bank reconciliations, and close inventory periods.
- **Financial Reporting:** Generate analytical reports to help management monitor profitability and control operational costs.
- **Compliance:** Ensure invoices match tax laws (such as UAE VAT) and support internal or external audit requirements.
Core Requirements
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **System Skills:** Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Tally).
- **Analytical Skills:** Strong ability to track variances, identify discrepancies, and understand how stock movements impact the General Ledger.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
