Requirements

  • ● Experience leading ERP initiatives across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and IT, including managing team priorities, vendors and system governance.
  • ● Hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld in a multi-subsidiary environment.
  • ● Strong understanding of financial processes, inventory and costing, and the general ledger impact of ERP changes.
  • ● Ability to manage program scope, schedules, budgets and risks, prioritize with business leaders, and communicate clearly with executives and auditors.
  • ● Experience overseeing integrations, data migration, UAT/QA and controlled releases through business sign-off, cutover, training and handover.
  • ● Practical experience with approval workflows, role-based access, segregation of duties, SOX controls and audit support.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • ● Experience in a growing technology, engineering, research or manufacturing organization, including ERP integration with CRM and other business applications.
  • ● Experience working within or helping mature a PMO, common SDLC or portfolio governance model.
  • ● Relevant ERP, project-management or business-analysis credentials, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

  • ● Strong ownership, attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • ● Ability to influence across functions, resolve competing priorities and keep decisions moving.
  • ● Clear communication that makes business impact, options and next actions easy to understand.
  • ● Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to seek specialist or leadership decisions.
  • Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Work is primarily computer-based and requires close collaboration with business users, technical teams and external partners. Releases and cutovers may require planned work outside normal business hours.
  • This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Any offer for employment may be conditioned on authorization to receive software or technology controlled under these laws and regulations without sponsorship for an export license.
