Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver PP-PI ERP solutions independently and proactively identify and address challenges.
• Lead complex SAP solution delivery, resolve product issues, and contribute to architecture.
• Make product-level decisions, provide technical oversight, and seek senior support for complex scenarios when needed.
• Provide solutions to difficult problems while following processes for timely, high-quality results.
• Contribute to chapter outcomes and foster teamwork by seeking ideas from project team members.
• Interact with product teams, squads, product-line colleagues, and stakeholders on small to medium engagements.
• Communicate issues, potential solutions, and the business impact of work.
• Prioritize work and report status at product level.

Experience and qualifications

• 5+ years of experience independently working on and leading complex SAP ERP PP-PI solution designs and products.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments, including CSV, data privacy concepts, change management, documentation, and testing.
• Strong background in interfaces and integration through IDocs and APIs.
• Track record completing major SAP ECC/S4 implementations or changes, often in a leadership or tech-lead role.
• Ability to organize work, proactively seek knowledge, and work independently.

Technical skills

• Expert knowledge of ERP IT business analysis and consultancy concepts and practices in PP-PI.
• Strong knowledge of external integrations with ECC and S/4.
• LE and SD proficiency is preferred; good knowledge of LE, SD, or WM is an advantage.
• SAP life-cycle solutions experience, such as ICSM or CGT/TMP, is strongly preferred.
• Basic understanding of requirements, data, usability, and process-analysis tools and concepts.
• Basic to intermediate pharmaceutical process knowledge.

Collaboration and stakeholder skills

• Collaborative mindset and a record of soliciting ideas from project team members.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills, including articulating business impact on small to medium engagements.
