AlHodood Technologies seeks a hands-on Sales Team Lead to generate business individually and lead the sales team toward its targets.
The position is located in the UAE and calls for 4+ years of B2B sales experience; ERP, SaaS, and IT solutions experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales opportunities independently; lead, motivate, and manage the team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build the sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, negotiations, and closures; support strategic opportunities and complex negotiations.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market penetration; monitor performance, conversion rates, and forecasts.
- Identify business opportunities and build long-term client relationships; coordinate with pre-sales, functional, and implementation teams for deal closure and handover.
- Provide sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of B2B sales experience; ERP, Odoo, SaaS, IT solutions, or digital transformation experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve targets independently while managing and developing a sales team.
- Strong lead generation, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; experience across the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Strong understanding of the UAE B2B market; UAE market experience is preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
