Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate property management and maintenance-related projects.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

PACT ERP Software

  • , including Project Management, Operations, and HR modules, for project tracking, reporting, documentation, and coordination.
  • Coordinate with facilities, maintenance, leasing, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and management updates.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely execution of project activities.
  • Support project-related workforce planning, manpower tracking, and coordination through the PACT HR module.
  • Monitor project performance and identify risks, delays, or operational issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of project records, employee-related project data, and documentation within the PACT ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and property management standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the property management, facilities management, or real estate sector.
  • **Mandatory hands-on experience using PACT ERP Software**
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, workforce management, reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple departments, including HR and Operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
