Job Purpose
We are seeking a hands-on ERP Program Manager to support the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, primarily focused on Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and infrastructure carve-out activities.
The role requires strong coordination, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities across multiple workstreams.
Scope of Work:
1. Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation
- Finance
- Procurement
• Human Resources (HR)
- Maintenance
2. Infrastructure Carve-Out
- Transitioning infrastructure ownership from an existing managed service provider to in-house operations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end governance of ERP and infrastructure programs
- Manage program delivery across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Coordinate with system integrators (SI) and business teams to ensure alignment
- Prepare and present updates to steering committees and senior management
- Oversee budget tracking, risk management, and vendor performance
- Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
- Support basic change management activities when required
