ERP strategy and leadership

• Own the ERP implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Define and maintain the ERP roadmap in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Lead cross-functional steering committees and working groups to prioritize initiatives and align stakeholders.

Team management and operations

• Manage and mentor Business Systems Analysts responsible for ERP support, issue resolution, and user training.
• Set team roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics and promote professional development.
• Oversee system configuration, data integrity, and security protocols.
• Establish change management processes for documentation, testing, and approvals.
• Ensure timely incident and service request resolution and maintain user satisfaction.

Business partnership and improvement

• Work with business units to understand requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Identify process improvements through automation, integration, and system enhancements.
• Advise business leaders on ERP capabilities and limitations.

Reporting and analytics

• Partner with BI and Data teams to make ERP data accessible for reporting and analytics.
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics and report ERP health, roadmap progress, and business impact to senior leadership.
