Overview
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and support activities.
- Understand business requirements and assist in translating them into system solutions.
- Coordinate with business users to gather functional requirements and process flows.
- Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and issue tracking.
- prepare SOPs, user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
- Assist in preparing functional and technical documentation.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and integrations.
- Support data migration, validation, and reporting activities.
- Conduct end-user training and system walkthrough sessions.
- Assist in preparing project status reports and implementation updates.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, changes, and support tickets.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to business applications
