Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive business process and application consulting services including business analysis, solution design, gap analysis, software installation, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to define and communicate tailored implementation plans aligned with project timelines and measurable results.
- Maintain detailed records of all client communications to ensure follow-up and effective project management.
- Engage in the complete client-facing implementation lifecycle covering activation, data migration, training delivery, permissions setup, testing, and go-live.
- Guide clients in maximizing use of software tools and deliver technical support by refining and optimizing scoped processes.
- Address client inquiries, serve as a key escalation point, and coordinate internal communications.
- Generate precise reports and comprehensive documentation to communicate onboarding milestones and progress.
- Collaborate with the customization team to design and implement tailored solutions matching client requirements.
- Plan and deliver engaging training sessions by scheduling optimal times and locations.
- Ensure a seamless transition of client relationships to the Customer Success team post-onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation, with a strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of ERP software implementation, including installation, configuration, testing, and support.
- Strong understanding of software delivery processes and methodologies, with the ability to adapt to various project management approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to investigate and resolve system usage, data imbalance, and process inefficiency issues.
- Exceptional project management skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Excellent training and coaching skills to empower clients to use ERP software efficiently.
