Overview
- Zerone Technologies is an ERP/CRM implementation, business automation, enterprise IT systems.
- An ERP Functional Consultant is an IT and business specialist who helps companies use and manage an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system effectively.
- Gather and understand client business requirements (finance, HR, inventory, sales, etc.)
- Configure ERP system modules based on business needs
- Translate business processes into ERP system workflows
- Work with technical team to customize ERP solutions when needed
- Conduct system testing and ensure ERP functions correctly before deployment
- Provide user training and support for employees using the ERP system
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide quick solutions
- Prepare documentation like user guides, process flows, and reports
- Support ERP implementation projects from start to finish
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and system efficiency
- Assist in system upgrades and continuous improvements
- Pay: From QAR20,000.00 per month
