Experienced ERP Functional Analyst role supporting the ERP platform and improving business processes across international locations.
The position is based onsite in Sandiacre, NG10 5AN.
The role
- Provide first-line ERP functional support to users across business functions and international sites.
- Investigate issues, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and manage support tickets through completion.
- Support Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehousing business processes.
- Gather user requirements and translate them into system improvements, change requests, and development specifications.
- Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Maintain user documentation, process guides, and knowledge-base articles.
- Collaborate with ERP specialists, developers, third-party partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements, promote best practice, and provide customer-focused user support.
The candidate
- Previous ERP system support and administration experience in manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or supply chain.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, or Warehousing processes.
- Able to investigate and resolve ERP issues, gather requirements, and translate them into practical system improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across business levels.
- Analytical, organized, proactive, able to manage priorities, and committed to continuous improvement.
