Role Description

The ERP for Automotive Sales Specialist (Commission Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects in the automotive sector, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting how Data Driven’s CRM and ERP solutions address operational and sales challenges.

Daily activities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing new business while maintaining strong relationships with dealerships and traders.

The specialist collaborates with implementation and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing client satisfaction.

The role is fully commission-based, requiring consistent outreach, follow-ups, and proactive engagement with potential and existing customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive dealerships, car trading, or automotive software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, or similar business management systems, with the ability to explain technical features in clear, practical terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused and consultative sales approach.
  • Comfort working in a commission-only environment, with strong self-motivation, resilience, and goal orientation.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai and wider UAE automotive market is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
