We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven professional to manage our ERP systems, digital marketing activities, IT support functions, and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities across operations, marketing, technology, and customer engagement.
ERP & IT Management
- Manage and maintain ERP systems and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Provide general IT support, including hardware, software, networking, and user assistance.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and online visibility.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare analytical reports.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO activities.
- Coordinate website updates and digital content management.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, and brand awareness.
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and connect with potential clients and business partners.
- Generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and opportunities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospective clients.
Telemarketing & Client Outreach
- Conduct telemarketing activities to introduce company products and services.
- Contact new companies and establish initial business relationships.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for management and sales teams.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication records.
- Support sales efforts through proactive client engagement.
Administrative Support
- Perform accurate data entry and database management.
- Maintain customer records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with various administrative and coordination tasks as required.
Requirements
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and digital marketing tools.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and technical support & coding skills.
- Excellent communication and telemarketing abilities.
- Strong lead generation and business development experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
