Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day ERP application operations.
- Provide technical support to ERP users and troubleshoot application issues.
- Translate business requirements into ERP system improvements.
- Develop, customize, and configure ERP applications as needed.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, and data extracts.
- Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database objects.
- Analyze ERP database structures and relationships for reporting and development.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and corrective data updates where required.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, new module implementations, and system integrations.
- Test new ERP functionality and ensure changes meet business requirements.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of ERP application support, development, or administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL queries, joins, subqueries, stored procedures, views, functions, and database optimization.
- Experience developing ERP reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of relational databases and database design.
- Understanding of ERP modules and processes such as finance and accounting, sales and purchase, inventory, HR and payroll, and procurement.
- Experience in ERP customization, configuration, or application development.
- Ability to troubleshoot application, database, and data-related issues.
