ABIS is seeking an experienced ERP Coordinator specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting ERP activities to ensure the efficient operation of business processes.
You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a critical role that supports the integration of technology with business objectives, ensuring the smooth flow of operations across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate ERP system activities, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
- Support system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades to optimize performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and system security
- Document processes, configurations, and changes to maintain accurate records
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
- Strong understanding of ERP processes and business workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or integrations is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy
