Overview
Hays are pleased to partner with one of the most significant Financial Services clients in the UAE to hire an Equity Trader.
The client is a Leading Regional Investment Firm listed on the Dubai Financial Market.

Responsibilities
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for the executing Market Making or Liquidity Providing transactions daily as well as analyse market trends to develop trading strategies to generate maximum returns for the organisation and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-6 years of trading experience in a professional setting
- Strong background in cash equities; knowledge in derivatives is a plus
- Priority is given to prop traders rather than brokers or pure sales professionals
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- CMT certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in Python or C# is a plus
