• What you'll be doing
• You'll partner closely with the lead investor to turn themes into actionable work and decision-ready outputs, including:
• **Fundamental company research**
• across public equities (and selectively private), including business model analysis, unit economics, and detailed financial modelling
• Building
• investment theses and conviction files
• : market sizing, competitive positioning, management assessment, and clearly articulated bull/bear cases with defined risks
• Tracking
• industry, supply chain, and policy developments
• , translating complex information into concise, actionable insights
• Producing
• high-quality investment materials
• including short-form briefs, IC-style memos, and live tracking models
• Incorporating
• market context and price dynamics
• where relevant to support entry points, position sizing and risk management
• Supporting
• external manager/fund due diligence
• , including screening, research and evaluation of specialist investment strategies
• The role is thematic, with a strong emphasis on:

• Core requirements
• **3-7 year's experience**
• in fundamental equity research (buy-side, sell-side, or top-tier research platform)
• Strong
• financial modelling and valuation skill set
• Demonstrable ability to form
• independent views
• and original investment opinions
• Exposure to
• global markets

(US, Europe, Asia preferred)

• Clear and concise communicator, capable of distilling complex ideas into decision-ready outputs
• Naturally curious, proactive, and comfortable working in an unstructured, high-expectation environment
• Preferred but not essential
• Experience covering relevant sectors
• Exposure to fund or manager due diligence
• CFA or a strong quantitative / technical academic background
