Equipment Maintenance Technician (Probe/Assembly/Test)

Requirements

• AS/ASEET electronic engineering technology, military training, or 10+ years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years supporting Back-end Assembly/Test equipment (Wafer Saws, Die Attach, Wire Bonders, Automatic Wafer Probers, Device Handlers, and Mixed-Signal ATE.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with semiconductor manufacturing in the Equipment Maintenance Field
• Familiarity with Mil-STD 883 methods, Z540 Calibration procedures and ESD practices
• Strong mechanical skills
• Strong electronic skills
• Excellent Oral communication skills
• Excellent Written Communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving ability
• Ability to work on complex electrical systems, to include 120, 240, and 480 volts.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 40lbs
• Due to the nature of this position and the required access to areas where ITAR-controlled ar ticles and/or technical data may be present, candidates must meet the applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access. Th is includes individuals who are:
• A U.S. citizen or U.S. national;
• A lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder); or
• A protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).
• This role is 100% onsite in Palm Bay, FL.
