Equipment Maintenance Supervisor (Weekend Shift)

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in facilities/maintenance management/building operations maintenance with at least 3 years of hands on supervisory/leadership experience.
• Hands on practical knowledge of the technical aspects production and facilities equipment
• In depth knowledge of systems, tools, and procedures utilized in equipment maintenance
• Knowledge of OSHA and other regulations, specifically those pertaining to work-place safety, occupational hazards, electrical safety procedures (NFPA 70E)
• Computer systems knowledge including proficiency with MS Office programs
• Ability to learn and use maintenance computer software to initiate and track work orders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization and with those outside the organization
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish effective cross-functional working relationships
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated leadership acumen
• Team player with the ability to make impacts cross-functionally
• Able to identify and solve complex problems requiring independent judgement and action
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
• Occasionally lift/carry up to 25–50 lbs
• Use hands and fingers to operate machinery controls and computers throughout the shift
• Visual acuity sufficient for product inspection and reading digital/printed materials
• Hearing ability to detect alarms and communicate effectively with staff
• Ability to perform essential tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in required areas (safety glasses, safety-toed boots).

• $61,500.00 - $88,500.00

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Computer Programming and PLC experience (preferred)
