Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and experienced
Plant & Equipment Coordinators
to join our team for a prestigious Project in Dubai.
Successful candidates will play key role in ensuring the efficient deployment, maintenance, and performance of construction plant and machinery to support project delivery objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage deployment, utilization, and performance of construction plant and equipment.
- Monitor equipment reliability, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate spare parts procurement, inventory control, and vendor development.
- Support warranty management, asset disposal, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 4–10 years of experience in plant & machinery engineering within construction, infrastructure, rail, or heavy civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, diagnostics, asset management, and safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
