Primary Purpose Of Position

  • Management and resolution of Equal Opportunity and Title IX/Related Sexual Misconduct reports of concerns (80%)
  • Serve as a subject matter compliance expert on federal and state laws prohibiting protected class-related discrimination and harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual violence (15%)
  • Provide education and training to students, staff, and faculty on protected class prohibited discrimination, harassment, including sexual harassment and sexual violence, and related retaliation. (5%)
