MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Certified in at least one relevant EpicCare Inpatient clinical application
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience IT experience in a healthcare organization (Epic experience preferred).
- Previous clinical operational or clinical care experience specifically in the area of care coordination preferred.
- Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in making critical decisions.
- Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.
