We are hiring on behalf of one of the most prestigious academic medical centres in the Middle East — a globally recognised institution in Abu Dhabi that is redefining the standard of healthcare in the region.

The Opportunity
As an Epic Phoenix Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for the transplant management system — owning everything from day-to-day support and optimisation to complex builds and upgrade cycles.
You will work side by side with transplant clinicians, coordinators, and IT leadership in an environment where your expertise genuinely matters.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configuring, building, and maintaining the Epic Phoenix Transplant module end-to-end
- Serving as the primary SME and escalation point for all Phoenix-related support
- Collaborating with transplant clinical teams to map, redesign, and optimise workflows
- Leading testing cycles — unit, integration, and UAT — for upgrades and new builds
- Developing training content and delivering end-user training for clinical staff
- Coordinating with Epic and cross-functional analyst teams for seamless module integration
- Supporting go-lives and post-implementation stabilisation
What We're Looking For
- This role is open only to candidates with
- a minimum of 4 years of dedicated Epic Phoenix module experience.
- Broad Epic experience is not a substitute.
- 4+ years specialising exclusively in the Epic Phoenix (Transplant) module
- Active or prior Epic Phoenix certification
- Full implementation lifecycle experience: design through post-go-live
- Strong grasp of transplant clinical workflows and organ management processes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Additional Epic module certifications a strong advantage
