Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst III (Grand Central)
Role Overview
Leads the implementation and support of hospital information systems.
Leads the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of the existing systems and has a working knowledge of the applications for support and troubleshooting.
Liaises between technical support, customers, and project teams in the design, implementation, and training of our healthcare information systems and any new enhanced systems.
Utilizes comprehensive knowledge of Epic EHR system capabilities and functional use.
Develops, recommends, and oversees implementation of policies and procedures for areas of responsibility.
