Your Role

  • As an RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee nursing operations during your scheduled weekends, ensuring compliance, mentoring staff, and fostering a positive environment. This leadership role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs
  • Respond to emergencies and maintain quality care standards

What We’re Looking For

Active Georgia RN license

Leadership experience in long-term care preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule

  • Every Other Weekend
  • 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
