Key Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of relevant construction site experience**
• Experience in environmental monitoring, site inspections, audits, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of **Construction Environmental and Social Management Plans (CESMP)**
• Experience monitoring environmental KPIs and compliance targets
• Familiarity with non-conformance reporting, corrective actions, and environmental incident management
• Understanding of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and waste management procedures
• Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or a related field preferred
• Infrastructure and road project experience preferred
• Ashghal project experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills
• Must be currently available in Qatar
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine environmental inspections and site monitoring activities
• Ensure compliance with project environmental requirements, regulations, and CESMP guidelines
• Monitor environmental KPIs and prepare periodic environmental reports
• Identify environmental risks and recommend mitigation measures
• Track and manage environmental non-conformances and corrective actions
• Support sustainability initiatives and environmental awareness programs
• Monitor waste management, pollution prevention, dust control, and resource conservation measures
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders on environmental compliance matters
• Maintain environmental records, permits, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on Ashghal infrastructure projects
• Experience working on road, highway, drainage, utility, or major infrastructure developments
• Knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability frameworks
• Familiarity with Qatar environmental regulations and project compliance requirements

Additional Conditions

• Hiring only from within Qatar
• Immediate mobilization required
• Contract duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on project requirements)
• Pay: QAR6,000.00 per month
