Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Environmental/ Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of post-qualification experience in Environmental Engineering.
• Candidates must
• be able to produce authenticated Client Experience Certificates covering at least 8 years of relevant service.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B Registration is highly preferred. GSAS or LEED accreditation is a significant advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of QCS 2014 and Qatar’s Environmental Protection Law.
• Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience
• GCC experience is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) in strict accordance with Qatar’s regulatory framework.
• Conduct regular sustainability audits, noise and air quality monitoring, and waste management tracking to ensure zero non-compliance.
• Review and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) to identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage the application and renewal of all Qatar-specific environmental permits and clearances.
