About This Role

Job Description

• Receive non-routine emergency observations and reports requiring immediate intervention around the clock, particularly after official working hours, from the Director General’s office, call center, and other relevant authorities concerning negative practices affecting the environment, public health, safety, buildings, food control, and other areas.
• Participate in voluntary environmental campaigns in coordination with governmental and non-governmental entities to protect and improve environmental quality in the Emirate of Dubai. Prepare daily and periodic reports on assigned monitoring activities, highlighting challenges and proposing suitable solutions.
• Take immediate action to address negative practices affecting the environment, public health, safety, buildings, food control, and other areas, in coordination with relevant authorities, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Coordinate and communicate with concerned authorities to resolve recurring complaints and ensure violations do not recur in relation to negative practices affecting the environment, public health, safety, and all monitored areas according to specified plans.
• Perform all assigned tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the approved information security and confidentiality policy within the delegated authority, and carry out any other tasks related to the nature of work as assigned.
