Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist.
The specialist will develop and implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, conduct safety training sessions, and monitor the effectiveness of health and safety protocols.
Additional responsibilities include performing risk assessments and collaborating with team members to foster a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health standards and protocols
- Strong expertise in Workplace Safety and Safety Training
- Experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and conducting risk assessments
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations
- Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Occupational health and safety certifications, such as NEBOSH or OSHA, are a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or a related field
