Role Summary: The Environmental Compliance Coordinator will provide essential support in reviewing and auditing documents, processing reports, and analyzing environmental violations. This role ensures that all enforcement procedures are followed in accordance with applicable environmental laws and regulations and prepares reports to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit documents and records related to environmental violations
• Verify compliance with environmental laws and enforcement procedures
• Receive, process, and maintain reports of violations
• Analyze violations and prepare clear, concise reports
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with field inspectors and management
• Assist in monitoring and tracking follow-up actions on violations

Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Public Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in environmental compliance, legal, or regulatory operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
