Who you are?

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in sustainability, environmental science, environmental management or a related discipline.
  • At least four years of relevant sustainability experience, including delivery of cross-functional sustainability initiatives.
  • Practical experience in carbon accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, and exposure to decarbonisation pathways or modelling.
  • A strong and experienced communicator of sustainability initiatives: Share our challenges, commitments and progress with diverse stakeholders in engaging and creative ways.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting, data management and assurance processes, with the ability to maintain reliable evidence across multiple stakeholders or regions.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, written communication and presentation skills.
  • The confidence to influence without formal authority and create clarity in complex or changing environments.
  • A sound understanding of environmental and sustainability governance, compliance and management-system principles.
  • Experience with nature risk assessments and global nature frameworks, datasets or platforms.
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001, sustainable procurement principles and B Corp requirements.
